The short version: We only collect the data necessary to make multiplayer and global ranked play work. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

To provide real-time multiplayer features and maintain the integrity of our global ranked leaderboards, we collect the following limited information:

• Account & Profile Data: When you create an account, we may store your chosen username, an anonymous internal user ID, and your current global rating (e.g., ELO score).
• Gameplay & Match Data: We record the outcomes of your matches (wins, losses, draws) and your match history to calculate your rank and maintain leaderboards.
• Technical & Connection Data: To facilitate real-time gameplay via WebSockets, our servers temporarily process your IP address. We also collect basic, non-personally identifiable device information (like OS version or browser type) and crash logs to help us fix bugs and improve performance.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the data we collect exclusively to operate the game. Specifically, we use it to:

• Connect you with other players for private or ranked matches.
• Calculate and display your rank on global leaderboards.
• Maintain server stability, detect game-breaking bugs, and prevent cheating.
• Respond to your customer support inquiries.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We only share information with trusted third-party service providers (such as cloud hosting providers like AWS or Google Cloud) strictly for the purpose of running our game servers and databases. These providers are legally obligated to protect your data and may only use it to provide services to Big W Games.

4. Data Deletion & Your Rights

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated data at any time. Because we care about your privacy (and to comply with App Store and Google Play guidelines), you can delete your data by:

• In-App: Navigating to the Settings menu within the Vanish app and selecting "Delete Account".
• By Email: Contacting us directly at playbigwgames@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please include your exact username.

Upon request, your user profile, rank, and personal history will be permanently erased from our active databases.

5. Children's Privacy

While Big W Games builds family-friendly experiences, the global ranked multiplayer features of Memory Gomoku are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not have a free-text chat function so players cannot communicate with each other through our app. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it immediately.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may occasionally update this policy as we add new features or as laws change. If we make significant changes, we will notify you within the game or by updating the date at the top of this page.
